We process orders between Monday and Saturday. All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after the date that the customer has placed the order and shipped out the next 1-2 business days after the processing day.
Please note that we are closed on Sunday, all orders from Sunday will be processed the following week.

The approximate shipping time accords to each country:
United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia: under normal circumstances, you can expect your package to arrive in 15-20 business days.
Others: under normal circumstances, you can expect your package to arrive in 20-25 business days.
Important Notice: Please note that due to the current situation with COVID-19, minor delays are happening internationally. In some cases, it may take up to 7-8 weeks for the package to arrive.
However, please rest assured that most of the time your package will be delivered to you sooner than that as our staff on the front line continue to work diligently to process all orders.

If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance. Note that if the order was returned due to an incorrect address or the package was unclaimed, SimpleKleen has the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise you on how and where your delivery can be collected or re-delivered.
